The 1 hour countryside ride is a walk and trot ride suitable for all levels of riding from complete beginner's or for riders wanting to see Snowdonia on horseback. This is a popular ride for all.
This involves some basic instruction in the paddock or school followed by a countryside ride.
The trek leaders are always on hand to help if necessary.
Minimum age: 5 years and above.
Price: £40.00 (per person).

- We will need details of riders' height, weight and previous riding experience.
- Please note we have a weight limit of 16 stone (101 kg) for horse welfare reasons.
- Payment is accepted by credit or debit card and cash or cheque (made payable to Snowdonia Riding Stables).

Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates of a set value are available for purchase and can be redeemed against all rides. They are valid for 6 months from of the date of issue & cannot be exchanged for cash. Please call or email Snowdonia Riding Stables for details.

- Riding hats are provided at no extra charge and safety stirrups are fitted to the saddles.
- Our rides are adjusted in length and pace to suit your ability and requirements.

- Inspection welcome.
- The mountain rides are not suitable in inclement weather so if you are booked in and the weather is poor, please phone before you come.

My daughter (12) and I had a fantastic time riding Lizzie and Daisy on the 1 hour countryside ride. We were both complete beginners, and felt confident and safe to enjoy the ride and take in the beautiful scenery.

Absolutely brilliant ride, my wife had never ridden a horse before and she was so nervous, our instructor was brilliant and even walked the ride holding onto my wife's horses lead just to make my wife feel comfortable, couldn't thank her enough, unfortunately didn't get her name, can't recommend them enough!!
